The path to the mugshots folder should be something like d:\modding\easynpc\mugshots\ [insert npc mod here] so it has to be inside the easynpc.
Mugshots if taken during an arrest are probably almost always public record in most jurisdictions. As the title mentions, mugshots for any npc overhaul mods i’ve installed doesn’t show up. When i google myself i can't find it. You might have to put in a public records request for it.
