It’s just a black silhouette. I did not like how the nifskope models distorted the heads and felt the lighting was abysmal and made. Let’s get weird but not too weird cause you will get. The path to the mugshots folder should be something like d:\modding\easynpc\mugshots\ [insert npc mod here] so it has to be inside the easynpc.
