It may be available from the arresting agency, even though it may not be published online. Mugshots if taken during an arrest are probably almost always public record in most jurisdictions. You might have to put in a public records request for it.

The path to the mugshots folder should be something like d:\modding\easynpc\mugshots\ [insert npc mod here] so it has to be inside the easynpc.
I know easynpc is able to detect the mods because it. How publicly available or easy to access is going to vary greatly. As the title mentions, mugshots for any npc overhaul mods i’ve installed doesn’t show up. It’s just a black silhouette.
