Has anyone used landwatch to buy their homestead? But other than being careful and doing due diligence landwatch has been a great tool. I used landwatch.com to find my property.
It is high desert at 4,000 feet so the winters and summers are not terrible.

Even if you don't trust it to find land, you can use it to locate the cheaper areas of each.
