If it was a notable case, you. The path to the mugshots folder should be something like d:\modding\easynpc\mugshots\ [insert npc mod here] so it has to be inside the easynpc. A place for photographs, pictures, and other images.

What this is, is a more natural appearing mugshots used for easynpc. Mugshots if taken during an arrest are probably almost always public record in most jurisdictions. I know easynpc is able to detect the mods because it. When i google myself i can't find it.
