It may be available from the arresting agency, even though it may not be published online. A place for photographs, pictures, and other images. As the title mentions, mugshots for any npc overhaul mods i’ve installed doesn’t show up.
Is there a public record i could use to find it?
It’s just a black silhouette. The path to the mugshots folder should be something like d:\modding\easynpc\mugshots\ [insert npc mod here] so it has to be inside the easynpc. What this is, is a more natural appearing mugshots used for easynpc. I did not like how the nifskope models distorted the heads and felt the lighting was abysmal and made.
You might have to put in a public records request for it. How publicly available or easy to access is going to vary greatly. Let’s get weird but not too weird cause you will get.
