When i google myself i can't find it. The official community for @mugshawtys on twitter and instagram where you can post submissions or literally anything you want! The path to the mugshots folder should be something like d:\modding\easynpc\mugshots\ [insert npc mod here] so it has to be inside the easynpc. It may be available from the arresting agency, even though it may not be published online.
