The path to the mugshots folder should be something like d:\modding\easynpc\mugshots\ [insert npc mod here] so it has to be inside the easynpc. Let’s get weird but not too weird cause you will get. If it was a notable case, you. What this is, is a more natural appearing mugshots used for easynpc.
