I would caution that i've also seen more than. I'm in the stage where i currently homestead vicariously through this sub and other online resources, but www.landwatch.com seems to be a great site for land and such. It is high desert at 4,000 feet so the winters and summers are not terrible.

Has anyone used landwatch to buy their homestead? When a property becomes delinquent in tax payments, the county reclaims the property and auctions. I used landwatch.com to find my property. I learned that many counties across the nation have tax sales/auctions.
