I know easynpc is able to detect the mods because it. The path to the mugshots folder should be something like d:\modding\easynpc\mugshots\ [insert npc mod here] so it has to be inside the easynpc. This is a platform for members and visitors to explore and learn about osint, including various tactics.

Is there a public record i could use to find it? If it was a notable case, you. It may be available from the arresting agency, even though it may not be published online. Mugshots if taken during an arrest are probably almost always public record in most jurisdictions.
How publicly available or easy to access is going to vary greatly. It’s just a black silhouette. You might have to put in a public records request for it. As the title mentions, mugshots for any npc overhaul mods i’ve installed doesn’t show up.
