It is high desert at 4,000 feet so the winters and summers are not terrible. I would caution that i've also seen more than. Even if you don't trust it to find land, you can use it to locate the cheaper areas of each.

My husband and i are going to be first time homesteaders and first time home buyers.just wondering what are the best places ( besides zillow ) to look for places. When a property becomes delinquent in tax payments, the county reclaims the property and auctions. I'm currently using landwatch.com to search for land in my home state of georgia. I used landwatch.com to find my property. If you're looking for 100's of acres then landwatch.
