Has anyone used landwatch to buy their homestead? I used landwatch.com to find my property. Many great advice already by u/frombrknwings, landsearch.com and landwatch.com, also from @granly_panda about craigslist here is my.

I would caution that i've also seen more than. I learned that many counties across the nation have tax sales/auctions. I'm in the stage where i currently homestead vicariously through this sub and other online resources, but www.landwatch.com seems to be a great site for land and such. Even if you don't trust it to find land, you can use it to locate the cheaper areas of each.
When a property becomes delinquent in tax payments, the county reclaims the property and auctions. Recently i've been finding more on zillow if you're looking for smaller parcels. Or are there other ways to find land (public. I'm currently using landwatch.com to search for land in my home state of georgia.

Mexico is right there for cheap medications and dental. But other than being careful and doing due diligence landwatch has been a great tool. If you're looking for 100's of acres then landwatch. Are there any other websites like landwatch?
It is high desert at 4,000 feet so the winters and summers are not terrible.
