Mugshots if taken during an arrest are probably almost always public record in most jurisdictions. As the title mentions, mugshots for any npc overhaul mods i’ve installed doesn’t show up. I did not like how the nifskope models distorted the heads and felt the lighting was abysmal and made.
What this is, is a more natural appearing mugshots used for easynpc.
